“My tutor was exceptional.  Because we do shift work here at Robert Stevens, he fitted the lessons in around my hours and if there was something I didn’t understand I could always phone him at home. This course has been great for me because I’ve learned a whole new set of skills in dealing with colleagues”.

“Our tutor has been brilliant all the way through.  She explained any queries that we have had and assessed our work quickly and efficiently and helped with explaining how the qualification related to the work we do. The content of the course has allowed us to reassess some of the procedures that we operate at DIAL and we have made some improvements because of what we have learnt that have proved to be beneficial to our work with DIAL”.
