“We have been very impressed with CTG.  We are very proud of our staff's’ successes.  They seemed to enjoy themselves and I am delighted, the improved skills they have gained by attending these courses will not only help develop them personally, but will benefit the business.”
Tony Callaghan, Director Grant Information Service
(business award winning innovative company offering a grant advisory service)

"In Alan Blunden, the training and development of our staff is a very important activity which supports the success of the business. Our training is looked upon as an investment to achieve improved efficiency, improved effectiveness and improved productivity.

We have worked closely with Central Training Group for just under five years and the proficiency and efficiency of their staff have never let them or us down.

Michael, Sally and Keith are all responsible for teams within our business. This qualification has enhanced their confidence to motivate and develop their own staff, whilst also learning a little about themselves, their strengths and weaknesses and the goals they want to accomplish. Work-based NVQs have always worked within our company. Our staff interact well working with an assessor and feel a greater sense of achievement because they have been able to gain this qualification in an area related to their actual job."
Marcia Goldberg from Alan Blunden
