This programme is intended for people who are responsible for delivering customer service and who interact with customers directly.
Customer Service level 3 is aimed at individuals who are in a position of responsibility.
The Business Administration NVQ is competence based, so those undertaking it must be able to competently perform a range of tasks connected to the work within their job role.
The level 3 programme is aimed at candidates, in a supervisory position, who are involved in developing, implementing and maintaining administrative services for customers and clients.
These training programmes are suitable for people who are entering or already in management.
Management Level 3 is suitable to those individuals who are in a management role and oversee the duties of all members of staff, including Team Leaders.
Aimed at 16-24 year olds, an apprenticeship consists of 3 components: the sector specific NVQ, Key skills and a technical certificate.
